When we’re way past the geometry unit and Ms. Goco forgets that she has these Montessori shapes shoved in the closet, we had to take them out and play with them during math stations. Love seeing what my blue jays can create with regular and irregular shapes! @Golbowtweets
My blue jays had a fun library day learning all about Osmo from our new CTD! @Golbowtweets @LibraryGE
We had so much fun with this chick unit! Also, when a class gets TEDed, I get to share this moment with my former kindergarten students! 💕 @Golbowtweets
From substituting for my friend @Jasmine_Sharifi ‘s team member at @KISDMcElwain (2021), to being @TeacherNguyens ICS para at @BryantElem (2022), and to teaching 1st grade at @Golbowtweets (2025). If you can’t tell, I love this unit! 🐣
My April blue jay of the month! From being the new blue jay that came in October, to making new friends, to volunteering to answer questions and participate in class. So proud of how much this sweet girl has grown and showed courage to be herself. @Golbowtweets
We are learning about measurements in math. Yesterday, we skipped our afternoon restroom break and had a little too much fun measuring each other with classroom supplies. @Golbowtweets
The chick eggs are here!! My blue jays are so excited that they wanted to write a class poem about the chicks. Love how they wanted to combine our poetry writing unit with science!! @Golbowtweets
My February blue jay of the month. Love seeing this sweet boy’s creativity in his writings and drawings. @Golbowtweets
So proud of this girl!! She definitely persevered in her school work to be January blue jay of the month. @Golbowtweets
Happy 7th Birthday to our January blue jays!! We celebrated 3 before the snow days and 2 after. ❄️💙 @Golbowtweets
