As a leader, it is important for my students to be visually reflected with their own thoughts to share with their peers. Why purchase posters of children I don’t know 🤷🏾‍♀️? Keep it student centred. Each and every student is brilliant! My vision became a reality👏🏾!

We can always say we are inclusive but to make it actionable with PURPOSE speaks volumes! People have difficulty actioning inclusive practices. Our blessing was present tonight thanks to the supporting staff, Ms. Christine and Principal Greg White @RmsMiddle school. ♥️👏🏾🎶🔔🥰

My first Black teacher (and only in NS) From DAY 1, a brave educator who was in my corner when I was being JUDGED (Black kid from NYC equals tough and uneducated) by other White teachers chatting negatively🤷🏾‍♀️. She was forever proud of me! Representation matters!
