La @AcueductosPR parece no quiere proveer el informe de calidad de agua. No sale informe alguno desde el 2025 y no de todas las áreas salen informes. Llamo para solicitar el mío,y no lo proveen. Hay que ir personalmente a sus oficinas. ¿Cuál es el tapujo con un documento público?

Sánchez tiró un decretazo que dice que no le podés subir el alquiler más de 2% hasta 2027. Que tampoco lo podés sacar hasta 2030 si no tiene a dónde ir. Y que los contratos que ya tenías firmados se estiran dos años más, te guste o no
El segundo decreto dice que el inquilino puede renovar para siempre. Si querés tu casa de vuelta tenés que explicar para qué la querés, y si no podés explicarlo, le pagás una indemnización para que se vaya (dudo que este pase el Congreso)
