This is Romel. He uses an #aac device to communicate. Last month his device needed to be sent for repair via FedEx but ⁦⁦⁦⁦@UPS⁩ entered the building, changed our shipping label and sent Romel’s to ⁦@Amazon⁩. Romel’s voice has not been found. Please help.
