Being sent to the edge of a nervous breakdown by @RoyalMail who have ignored my request to redeliver to the local post office twice now. Complaint raised today along with a “final” redeliver request. If this fails, my passport is on its way back to the consulate.
To say I’m stressed and upset would be an understatement. Tempted to take myself down to the delivery office and refuse to leave until someone finds it and brings it to me. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, but didn’t raise my hopes very high…
