Today, the department announced the finalists for the 2026-27 Tennessee Teacher of the Year, Principal of the Year, and Supervisor of the Year awards!
These incredible educators represent all eight CORE regions across the state - plus the Shelby County Municipal area - and showcase the passion, innovation, and dedication in Tennessee classrooms every day.
The statewide winners, along with three divisional winners for each program, will be revealed this fall at TDOE’s Excellence in Education Banquet. Stay tuned… big celebrations are ahead!
