My Ego no go let me chai
This happens in Nigeria. I once walked into a dealership in Lekki to check out a car. It was completely impulsive because I was out on a walk. In my Jalabiya. The dealer barely paid me any attention. He asked someone else to attend to me, and even when I tried to speak to him, his attitude was condescending.
The moment my driver arrived to pick me up, the man saw the vehicle and suddenly came out of his office.
We still bought the car from him sha because the price was actually good and the car isn’t accidented. But yeah, dealerships will profile you badly. They have this crazy expectation of what someone visiting their showroom should look like before they take you seriously.
This guys is pisssing me offf, one would expect this dude to bring bright ideas ???

Location of the land ?
I bought half a plot of land 4 years ago for ₦400k.
I’ve decided to sell it for ₦800k, because a full plot in that area now ₦2m but someone is currently offering me ₦500k.
Should I accept the ₦500k or keep looking for another buyer?
NB: It’s a new site, but people are already living there.
Please, I need your honest opinion. 🙏🏽
We seek validation, so grounded in testimonies culturally, we announce and celebrate everything. We grew up attending events where accomplishments were publicly celebrated. Then we come here and are confronted by that same demon the constant need to announce every accomplishment.
