Things are pretty bleak for us at Woodlands financially speaking, meaning that we have had to close our doors temporarily to new cases, until we get more funding 😢. If you can help in any way, please do! Link to the website below. woodlandsanimalsanctuary.org…

And whilst she was at Woodlands, Jodie did an unscripted Q&A with me!

After months of trying to find a slot in her hectic filming schedule, I finally managed to get the lovely Jodie Prenger over to Woodlands so that she could see first hand what an amazing place it is. She is an incredibly down to earth and lovely person!

And so, I now have my last lesson with my AMAZING year 11 class. Last paper this afternoon, and they couldn’t be more prepared. Best of luck to a wonderful group of hardworking young people. It has been a pleasure teaching them over the past two years. ⁦@OutwoodHindley⁩

Great turnout for Easter school this morning! Well done ⁦⁦@OutwoodHindley⁩ students!

What an amazing day today, working with an amazing team of people, raising money for an amazing charity, Woodlands Animal Sanctuary, which as most of you know, is very close to my heart ❤️. Absolutely shattered after an exhausting two days, but flabbergasted by the total raised!

This was so much fun. Really enjoyed organising and hosting it with @GCSEREmadeeasy. We missed you @MissHindleyMFL - your dedication and hard work on the ACE programme is what made this possible. – at Coppull, England

Fantastic day yesterday at @OAHemsworth, delivering CPD on effective feedback to an amazing group of ECTs. We are very lucky to have such wonderfully talented and enthusiastic MFL teachers in the Trust. @OGATrust @OutwoodHindley – at North West, England

Last after school revision session with Y11 before half term and before their mocks. Well done to all the pupils who came. The duck race proved very competitive! ⁦@OutwoodHindley⁩ ⁦@MissHindleyMFL⁩

Attended a course on the new MFL GCSEs today, and bumped into one of my ex-students who I taught Spanish A-Level to 12 years ago! She’s now a fully qualified MFL teacher. We had a lovely catch up. Guess I must have done something right if she went on to teach Spanish! 😊 – at North West, England

Y8 love doing ‘sentence stealer’ and being crowned ‘best thief in the class!’ 🤣⁦@OutwoodHindley⁩ ⁦@MissHindleyMFL⁩
