As a staff, we first discussed if we would want to be a learner in our school in general. Then we went on to discuss our individual classrooms from this perspective. #cmsdhills

This is very true, but the issue is finding the time to explore and engage students in learning the new educational forms.

There is no one way of learning that is effective for all students, so teachers should embrace the myriad of strategies available through technology. As education evolves, so should teachers.
