Protesters have the right to protest peacefully -- not be harassed. Not be shot at by rubber bullets or tear gas.
Today I am calling for the creation of a new statewide standard for use of force in protests. Acts of violence against peaceful protestors will not be tolerated.

If you teach Black kids, it is your responsibility to spark conversations with them (and your colleagues) about race. If you don’t teach Black kids, it is your responsibility to spark conversations with your students (and your colleagues) about race. Discomfort is no excuse. – at Chicago, IL

Today, E7 discussed PERSONAL BOUNDARIES. 2 Ah-ha’s: 1. No one can set PBs for you, only you can! 2. Don’t expect someone to have the same PBs as you- You don’t know until you ask! This is so important for Ss & Ts! Ask your Ss & self what his/her/their/your PBs are! @SRVUSD1 #SEL
