How to plan your day (for people in their 50s). I'm 61, so this one's personal: 1. Your body clock has drifted earlier since your 20s. Use it. 2. The midlife slump is real, and it lifts. 3. Say no faster. Your time horizon is the asset. 4. Take your breaks outside, with someone. 5. Quit books at 100 minus your age pages. The science: 🧵

Sure! I created 4 regionals: American Revolution, A New Nation, Growth and Change, and Road to the Civil War. Students skim topics to come up with 12 people, places, ideas, and events from each region, narrow the 12 to 8, rank from 1-8, fill out the bracket, and debate the winner

It’s Tourney Time! Historians are reviewing the important people, places, ideas, and events in US History during the Ultimate US History Tournament. These debates and discussions are superb! Brackets tomorrow!
