Day 3 of building our hand muscles and fine motor skills up for handwriting, we created torn paper art.
Our in school field trip from the national aquarium had students measure the size of oysters, salinity of water and turbidity of water. They were able to make an informed decision about where to set up oyster restoration reefs.
Kicked off benchmark unit 3 and our time before break by celebrating Glow Day! We practiced letter shapes, identifying text structures, making talking towers, identifying equivalent fractions and more!
27/28 student led conferences complete. Marathon week is over and one more on Monday. Ready for 🦃 break!
