I SPY a picture on the alphabet chart, they find it, say the letter and sound, and then write it. I will switch up the abc charts so they learn more words and build their vocabulary.

Using a Pop It to segment and read CVC words has been an incredible addition to my small group instruction. Pop Its can be used to segment words (not just CVC), counting syllables, counting words in a sentence and so much more! @McKamyElem @TCRWP
