I enjoyed seeing some of the third graders at trunk or treat tonight!

Last week we finished up our second science unit on magnets and static electricity! We built model cars and made them move with magnets.

We are so excited about getting new books today with the Book Blast program we started at the beginning of the year! We each got to unwrap a book to take home!

We filled up our classroom “smart cookie” jar! We voted to have a PJ and stuffed animal day today! What a fun Friday!

Today was tie dye day for spirit week! We also enjoyed our assembly from the fire company!

Third grade had their first chorus rehearsal today!

Today we completed our first hands on science activity! We learned about balanced and unbalanced forces using a jump rope to demonstrate how tug of war works.

We had a busy day in 3rd grade today! We used the @wilsonlanguage letter boards for the first time during our fundations lesson. We also started our first @SavvasLearning science unit about force and motion.

We had a great day in 3rd grade today! We had library with @Morgret_STEAM and @MsGHSECounselor visited us for a meet and greet!

Today we enjoyed learning about the orchestra instruments we can play this year in third grade!

Friday fun in third grade! We worked on getting a green light on Reflex math. Then ended the day with a SOAR assembly. We loved learning about our new school wide theme!

We had a great second day of school! We hung our classroom rules poster after working hard yesterday to create them and we started working on the math @iReady diagnostic. I am so proud of how hard everyone worked today!

We had a great first day of 3rd grade! We completed a scavenger hunt to learn about our classroom, did many get to know you activities, and also created our classroom rules as a group!
