SLT have to create the culture and centralised behaviour systems so that all teachers/adults are respected and can teach/do their job, free from disruption/rudeness, no matter whether they are a supply teacher, ECT, site team member or cleaner. Relationships develop over time.

Agree with the strike action. Agree that a days pay is nothing compared to what we are owed. But I am 5 mnths pregnant, leaving after Easter and simply cannot afford the loss in pay. I also feel for my students. Wish I wasn’t so conflicted 😞 #neu #TeacherStrike
Yesterday was a long, full on day but finally gave me the teaching lift I needed. A meeting to set up a collaboration with a university (some exciting workshops coming for film students!) Finding out 2/4 of my GCSE resit students passed on the Nov resit…
