Well, goodbye to our year 6 at @MackieHill. They’ve laughed and smiled the day away, celebrating their last moments in primary. Thank you to all of the parents/carers for their kindness and generosity- the smiles on your kids’ faces makes every day of my job a dream. 🥰☺️❤️

Well #year6 have blown me away yet again. We had a full day of cricket in the blazing sun, and they’ve all persevered and showed incredible teamwork. For some of them, it was their first sports tournament! They did me proud today! @MackieHill @KettlethorpePE @pledwickcc

Well @MackieHill and @JB_Elliott00, we’ve finally found a year 6 that can break me! I don’t think I’ve cried so much in years! 🥲 What a truly wonderful bunch! Thank you to all the children and adults for the generous gifts and cards too! #myfavourites #mackieforever #year6

Oh @MackieHill and @JB_Elliott00 I am on such an after-show high right now! I’m as proud as I could possibly be! My class are out-of-this-world amazing! Off the scale! #year6 #mackie #schoolshows #hardacttofollow 🎶 🎭 🥹 ❤️

Check this out @ChrisGPackham. I think it’s a Muscovy Duck at a local dam in Wakefield. Correct me if I’m wrong, but this shouldn’t be here! @MeganMcCubbin

I am so overwhelmed by the generosity of the families of my class. From fossils to terrariums to strawberry laces… your children have clearly got to know me rather well! Thank you all so much- your children are incredible and it has been an honour! @MackieHill #bestyear6ever
