This morning was🥰 I wanted to make sure my crew knows how loved they are as we have SBAC testing, and get closer to the end of the year. Before we took our test today, each student read a letter of encouragement from someone at home ❤️ Smiles & tears in 208! @RedClaySchools

This MTSS lesson is all about showing kindness to everyone both in & out of “our circle” - we held great discussions on how to show it and spread it! Ambassadors did a fabulous job creating a video with the current trend song, that tied to our weekly focus. So proud of them! 🙌🏼🤩 – at Kennett Square, PA

After my “Hammertimes” completed the @2ndStepProgram lesson, we engaged in more team building activities. The fan favorite question was: “I am going to be famous for…” Hearing their answers about their future and encouraging words about their peers answers = amazing! #Courageous

Students have been loving the performance task for our Human Body Unit and their quality of work shows it! Blown away by their children’s books so far, and I love how excited they are to create this for a younger student explaining key parts of their body system! #Courageous 🤩

Students worked in small groups as they continued their performance task - creating a children’s book about their human body system! If working with others wasn’t their jam today - all good! We had some students crush their work independently too! It’s all about options in 208 😊

Would you believe me if I told you these are only HALF of the SBAC Incentive Baskets we have for our students?! Beyond thankful to PTA, parents, students for their ideas, and donations from community members - who are as excited as I am to reward our kiddos for their hard work!💙

When 3 of your kiddos ask you to come watch their game… it’s impossible to say no! So lucky to get to cheer on our Warrior Baseball Team, and absolutely love seeing students outside of the classroom as well! Such impressive players! 💙💛⚾️ – at Kennett Square, PA

Adding some fun games to our @2ndStepProgram performance tasks has been a highlight of the year! Love that MTSS has implemented this extension activity that gets the whole school involved and brings grades together! Here are the finalists for the 6th grade cup challenge!

New brain break + winning dress down day = a great day in 7th grade! We were super proud of these scholars for taking this break to reset and refocus and then finish the day strong finding the main idea of their human body text. We are #Courageous !!
