“Lead from the front.” No more leading from behind a door, desk, or hidden in an office.

The Benton Giving Tree has arrived. The generosity of our school community is incredible and such a blessing to those in need. Thanks to Mrs. Gerdy for lending the actual tree and lights. I'm thankful we share a love of this season of giving. @btmscounselors – at Linton Hall, VA

Pre pandemic we knew we had a crisis of over testing students, we worked to cut back testing. Now post pandemic we are making the same mistake, over testing! Our priority has to be teachers teaching, removing barriers to teachers teaching, ensuring tier 1 teaching is prioritized!

Today, school staff, SROs & VSP Trooper Caudill, came together to celebrate Zayvion’s birthday. He's a student at Independence Nontraditional School & big supporter of police who radiates positivity & joy daily. We so appreciate the partnerships with staff &students of @PWCSNews.
