I think the lurg has finally shifted. I've been so run down though. So I'm not back in the gym yet. I cobbled a workout together from home with the bits & pieces I have here. I finished All Hallows last night & I'm now going to read The Invitation (bookclub book!)

My best effort this year, my little ghostie top! Boo! Half term/Halloween & I've got a stinking cold. Hence the lack of gym! I spent my afternoon sticking these black dots on this microphone for my daughter. She was out tonight as Taylor Swift. She did the red ones this morning.

It's half term this week, busy schedule with my soon to be 10 year old. I'm also feeling a bit run down. I'm unlikely to make the gym this week. But here is a little bit of kitten spam (we visited a cat cafe yesterday!)

I finished Ghost Beach. I think this was the first Goosebumps book I had. My daughter didn't object to me reading her copy. A good trip down memory lane, I did remember the ending still. It's been fun to read something spoopy and from my youth.

Upper body today. A less anxious start to today than yesterday. The consistency is paying off, I've been able to increase the weight on several of my exercises & not lose form. 💪🏻

My child was making slime, this involves lots of PVA glue, slime activator and she then adds paint/glitter. We were summoned urgently to the kitchen. Somehow she and the kitchen were covered in it. Including her hair. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ For the record. I hate slime.
