I enjoyed reading this year’s National Day of Reading story, “The Magical Yet” to our third graders, even sharing what third grade me looked like many years ago in Nineteen hundred and eighty six 😆. Thanks to our Reading Specialist, Ms. Jocuns, for our beautiful display! 😍

Thank you to the Education Foundation for our grant last Spring! We are using it to reboot our paper recycling program! Our Recycling Squad started today! ♻️

Just a picture of some ⁦@WellwoodIntlES⁩ geniuses playing ♟️ in our after school club. We’re well-rounded. 🥰

Fun Run with a finish line on this beautiful (and chilly!) half day! Thank you to our amazing PE teacher, Mr. Burrows, for coordinating! Our kiddos had a great time and earned 5️⃣ Positive Paws for coming to school! 🏃🏾 🎉

I did not know that I pay for the school’s insurance! Let me check my paystubs.😂😂😂

When you finally finish all of the Safe Schools trainings.

Black Excellence has started at ⁦@WellwoodIntlES⁩! We are so excited to bring this program to our students!
