who's tested it already? Claude Opus 4.7
in the announcement focus is on working reliability:
> model should handle long tasks more confidently
> follow instructions more accurately
> and double-check its result before responding more often
based on the release card the upgrade over Opus 4.6 looks noticeable as we see
Anthropic positions 4.7 as a model for long autonomous work where you need to keep task flow, check yourself along the way and need less manual oversight
feels like the jump from 4.5 to 4.6 objectively better at keeping context, actually breaks instructions less often, especially the “don't do this” parts
basically no revolution but pre-nerf Opus 4.6 was more than enough for everything i need now and if this is the same but with known bugs fixed i'm into it...

CT account and a dream
in a month my account will be a year old and here’s what I realized
I came here because of a @MrUsertyt article, he doesn’t run Twitter anymore as far as I can see, but back then he published an article saying Twitter is cool and everyone needs an account here
I came during the infofury period, but now I’m just a content creator and happy to meet new people, I also met @MarvinHarryP brother here haha
thanks everyone, I’m glad to be here and I’ll be here for a long time, and soon I’ll meet even more people
why did you come to Twitter?

why risk liquidation trading OIL when you can farm funding with delta-neutral setups
example: WTI with yields of up to 2000% APY
i built a tool specifically for you that tracks all such opportunities across tradfi futures markets on 50 perpDEXs and CEXs

web3 marketers won’t be jobless
cos there’s one of the most crucial tasks ai doesn’t solve yet - it’s the distribution question
now entry barrier for creating your own product is lower than ever
but the question how to get in front of your product’s potential user’s eyes ai doesn’t solve
Utility > Speculation
you’ve already seen Dragonfly raised a 4th fund for $650M
2026 will be the shift from speculative projects to real ones
focus of venture capital’s already on:
> stablecoins
> payment infrastructure
> rwa
hope you’ll find your spot in the next cycle
article about the intersection’s ready
1. ai
2. crypto
what’s more interesting for you to study right now?
3B+ users suddenly plugged into crypto rails
round two
but now in a more regulated and favourable setting
is this the quiet shift from bank money > platform money > protocol money?
Meta doesn’t wanna be a crypto company
they wanna own the payment layer for 3 billion people
and stablecoins are just the cheapest way to pull it off
SCOOP: Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta is planning a stablecoin comeback in H2, eyeing a third-party vendor as a key partner to power payments across Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

over the first 2 months of 2026 ai talk is growing like crazy
so much it’s overshadowed crypto sector even though the year just started
you reckon ai will pull the liquidity blanket to itself?
the article text sounds appealing
> freedom
> minimalism
> anti-corporate vibe
but in practice this approach has loads of serious downsides that show up over time
and often wreck your life way harder than the regular “salary cage”
it's well written for motivating a specific audience
[ young people tired of 9-5 ]
but it's got many dangerous generalisations
after such a strong hook let's talk about the dangerous generalisations:
1. “hard work” and education are framed as a scam
the text creates the feeling that effort almost always leads to a mediocre life while formal education is a meaningless overrated asset. emotionally this sounds nice to those who've already burnt out or gotten disillusioned but this correlates badly with reality
research on education returns shows on average each extra year of study boosts income by ~9-12% annually while higher education still gives noticeable earnings increase and chances for stable life. this doesn't mean “any degree equals success” but the claim “education doesn't pay off” is just wrong statistically
same with work: the issue is direction
you can burn out in a dumb job or you can use periods of “hard grind” as a leap for capital skills and moving into freer formats [ own project ]
ignoring this side and contrasting “any labour” with “freedom” is classic black-and-white distortion
2. romanticising NEET and ignoring consequences
in the text NEET status is presented as “natural path to happiness” and almost a freedom synonym. this looks cool against office fatigue backdrop but if you look at data most NEETs live nothing like on IG
research shows young people who drop out of education and work for long periods on average more often face depression anxiety social isolation and health issues
long unemployment isn't just “more free time” but a risk factor for years ahead: mental state gets worse self-esteem drops getting back to labour market gets harder chances of getting stuck in low-paid or unstable roles grow when money's eventually needed
en masse “never work” is accumulation of financial and psychological fragility
3. survivorship bias and “normality” illusion
author speaks from position of someone for whom “not working” worked out
but this is very narrow privileged subsample. those whose NEET lifestyle experiment didn't end in poverty depression or harsh setback just don't make it into the text
most NEETs live differently: off parents/partners with low autonomy future anxiety and “survival” side jobs
many end up in this status not cos they “woke up and chose freedom” but due to lack of education skills health or normal labour market
text masks real risks for most people who'll try repeating this scenario
4. internal contradiction
text simultaneously:
> attacks work and education
> sells disciplined ascetic image
[ sport reading order financial control dopamine detox ]
paradox emerges... author acknowledges value of difficult long-term effort in all spheres except one
they propose applying discipline to sport daily life and info hygiene but forbid transferring it where it gives max effect over lifetime
result is reader may come away thinking “gotta be organised and developed but under no circumstances use this to get stronger in market and reduce dependence on circumstances”
and this is already beautiful form of self-limitation
5. “salary cage” vs “absolute freedom”
text builds picture like person has only two options: either you sit in office 9-5 and sell life for money or you go into radical NEET minimalism and achieve genuine freedom
[ convenient for dramaturgy and virality ]
between these poles lies huge spectrum: remote work part-time employment career change craft freelance contract work own project/small business seasonal earnings pauses between projects relocating to another market etc
-----------------------------------------------
when person's sold only two extreme scenarios they may make sharp emotional leap “quit abandon everything” instead of gradually assembling more sustainable life configuration
like testing new work formats acquiring skills building financial cushion reducing dependence on one employer.
ultimately radical “never work” often doesn't expand choice but conversely narrows it:
> longer you're outside education and labour market fewer real options you have
such articles go brilliantly viral on social media precisely cos they show extremity
radical system rejection
algorithms love content that evokes strong emotions
[ anger envy inspiration outrage or “wow actually true!” ]
2024-2025-2026 research confirms emotionally charged polarising extreme content gets many times more engagement cos it provokes reactions faster than nuanced balance
people scroll for dopamine from “agreeing with rebellion” or “system outrage”
algorithms amplify this [ more outrage more impressions longer you're in app ]
result is millions of views but often at cost of distorted reality picture
so let's engage brains and not swallow extremes on empty stomach
-----------------------------------------------
pure NEET style is all-in gamble where loss is almost guaranteed over time
if you still wanna try better do it with 5-10 year cushion and clear return plan
next post i'll share what i think is healthier more sustainable approach that works for most people
what are your thoughts on my counterarguments?
right now’s the best time in crypto to
1: take a vacation
2: make connections with industry tops cos the noise in their field of vision is gone
alright, we’ve sorted bd
now i’m hunting for marketers
who in ct genuinely shares insights about marketing?
if you’re a marketer or know someone to tag write in the replies
help compile the list
the best BDs in crypto are too busy working to post daily
but i found those few who sometimes pull back the curtain
this continues the previous post about crypto roles
starting a series of posts about CT folks sharing their work thoughts
gonna start with the BD direction who i follow and learn from
breaking down who and how builds communities and partnerships right now
> @ohdatskate at @sideshiftai this is the best account i've seen for BD direction in ct go check it out
interesting to watch, posts daily would love more work content but it is what it is. good luck!
> @NeuronBizdev SDR lead @sherlockdefi [ and more ]
unfortunately doesn't post work advice, not surprising though
just check their profile description. hey Neuron pls drop some advice for beginning BD
> @fiyalkin does BD at top perp dex projects [ sadly doesn't post work thoughts ]
connects content creators to boosted referral programs at top perp dexes
> @sirsamjenks BD at Lunar Strategy [ posts daily but not about work ]
specifically what Sam does i can't say, but let's ask them in comments to share how their day as BD at LS goes
> @MrGreenity at Keewy [ seems like a web3 agency for community development and management ]
personal site pinned to X go peek at the inner workings, how they build community [ spaces ], what moves they make
generally try looking at motives like why make a site, its structure and get why each block exists
> @valeri_ignati saw a few posts about bizdev direction hope there's more GL!
> @chuchunav_eth ? you bizdev? tell us about yourself please super interested
for now these guys and gals are my BD direction benchmark in CT
i know lots of top bizdevs just don't post cos they're actually busy working... unlike me...
but who am i missing from the BD scene?
especially interested in those sharing the process publicly
wanna expand my info field

does crypto only need developers?
actually right now projects are desperately short on “hands” to grow
here are the 4 most accessible roles to start right now [ from $1,000/mo ] :
1. BD - find partnerships and hop on calls
2. Marketing - make the project stand out
3. Copywriting - write posts (like this)
4. Analytics - collect data on projects and trends
i deliberately left fifth spot empty
drop your option
