@SamsungSupport @SamsungMobileUS Just bought the #GalaxyZFold4 last month and in less than 3 weeks this $2000 phone has malfunctioned and cost me thousands of dollars in business. Lost over 300GBs of data (family photos and vids) Unacceptable. Who do I speak to about this?

Customer service has not been helpful at all!
This #Coachella/#Afrochella TRADEMARK infringement case is a prime example of why you must have an attorney on your team. Folks are on the verge of losing BIG MONEY on something any competent lawyer would have told them not to do.

Waiting until you get in a disagreement with your business partner is the not ideal time to talk about a partnership agreement. Draft the agreement early on.

I have said this before and will say it again, Black prospective law students PLEASE do not sleep on Howard University law school. Doing well at Howard opens up A LOT of doors that many other law schools don’t.

One of the biggest pitfalls of entrepreneurship is that we downplay the value of our skills because they have become easy and we can perform them quickly. I got off a call last week with a client that struggled for 4 HOURS to complete a process I can do in 10 MINUTES.

THE VALUE YOU PROVIDE IS NOT IN THE TIME IT TAKES YOU TO DO SOMETHING! The value is in the time/money/stress/opportunities you SAVE for your client.

One of the biggest challenges I've faced in my business is balancing my love of teaching and helping new business owners with my desire and need to work with established business owners who understand and appreciate the value of my services.

...and I'm afraid if I lean too heavy into the folk who are there, the people just starting out might forget I also create resources to help them launch properly too.

So there it is. Nothing extremely profound. Just a business owner thinking through how to serve two different audiences while continuing to make a better living for his family.
One of my hardest challenges as a parent is restraining myself from helping my child when they struggle with something. Watching my kids groan and become exasperated as they attempt tasks like riding a bike or putting their socks on the right way can be brutal.

But then sit there surprised that they aren't reaping the success of a thriving business.🤔🤔🤔 There's no way around it. The process is hard.

But that difficulty creates competence, and that competence creates the confidence you need to serve people well and get well compensated. There is no shortcut that gets you passed hard work. There is no elevator to success. You gotta take the stairs.
