April: My fourth book of the year by one of my favourite authors. 🐺
It had a strong female lead, emotion and characters coming together to defeat evil. Wonderful!
Really struggled to find time to read in April but churned through the second half in the past few days.
It's so wonderful sharing recommendations with my class and seeing them enjoying them as much as I did.
@whatSFSaid ... After Varjak Paw, we've been sharing our enjoyment with Tyger too. Caught a couple in the wild here. 🐯🐯
The flowers are wild and the words are wild and this book is wild. 🦉
My third book of 2024 finished and the story is more beautiful than the cover - if that was even possible!
Thank you @katyabalen for another wonderful story.
Second book of 2024 finished!
What a beautifully emotional book with perfectly contrasting characters. A real page-turner by @katyabalen - thank you for your words! 🛶🌊🦢
Captivating!
First book of 2024 finished. What a way to start!
Thank you @whatSFSaid 👏

Made it one of my goals this year to be more creative; to write more and to paint more.
I'd forgotten how enjoyable it was to do both!
