Astro Bot is a slick platformer and I think I’m maybe about halfway through it, but I’ve just been told there are no little Syphon Filter robots in it, and honesty that is some proper fuckery right there.
I need to watch eight hours of Channel 7 to do this today, but I promise it won’t happen again for at least a year.

As our Test Drive video review is still in production, if you're looking for some additional clarity into just how egregious the 'Expert' AI is, these screenshots show it being almost 10 seconds faster than the quickest human player in this instance.
Unfortunately, all progress prior to today has been wiped, but a new login error is currently preventing me from starting again anyway. Been getting it for roughly the last hour.
In case you're wondering, yes, IGN is reviewing Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown, but I've only been playing it for the past two-and-a-bit days as it arrived over the weekend. We're still in the middle of our process. That said, I'm not playing it now, so we're stalled.
Got a piece coming to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Driver, but meanwhile I plugged in my PS1 to see if I could still beat the tutorial. Bang, first try. Granted, I'm shit at loads of stuff, but I'm not shit at this Driver caper.

Mad Max and MGS1 are two of my favourite anythings, ever, but with respect to both George Miller and Hideo Kojima, not only is the Mad Max game way better than he thinks it is, I reckon it's miles better than the Kojima game that was literally released on the same day.
If it was up to them it would been a complete linear story with quick-time events. We pitched an open-world game, they loved it then and and that's what they got - and a pretty damn good one too. KMM have zero knowledge about game development and we got caught in a political shitstorm between WB and them.
