Extending this thought to the a micro-level - schools.
What would that challenging question sound like?
i.e. Are we a teacher collective or a collection of teachers?
Absolutely!
Additionally, insert “Leaders/Bosses” for “Teachers” and “Employees/Teachers” for “Students”.
As an administrator, we only get this result when we model this mantra with our teachers… not shaming them with it or weaponizing it when we work with students.

Everyday, admin, teachers, and students get to walk into buildings that are close to “grand opening day” and be greeted by some of the warmest and hardest working individuals in education… I have been truly blessed to serve and work with amazing people - #Family really.
