People outside the sector think #crypto is sketchy. CEOs get charged and imprisoned for what the SFC deems inadequate AML measures. No crime proven. But a bank convicted of money laundering? Pay the fine, CEOs *are* fine and sometimes low-level people get charged. 2x standard?
