Delta, Chase and Amazon are blocking AI agents.
The war on agents has begun, and here’s how it probably plays out:
Stage 1: Companies block agents because agents skip the ads and upsells.
Stage 2: Agents learn to act like humans, and it becomes an arms race.
Stage 3: The market splits. Companies that make money on sales let agents in, companies that make money on data charge for access, and the giants build their own agents.
Stage 4: A trusted middle layer for agent identity and payments becomes the standard way in.
Stage 5: Companies that welcome agents start winning customers from the ones that block them.
Stage 6: The agent blockers come back and let agents in on their own terms.
Stage 7: Everyone starts competing for agents with better prices, faster checkout and SEO built for agents.
Stage 8: The ads come back, and companies pay to be your agent’s first recommendation.
Stage 9: The agent war ends, and selling to agents becomes as normal as having a website.
notice..
> Delta is blocking AI agents from booking flights
> JPMorgan Chase and Charles Schwab block agents from accessing accounts
> Yelp requires paid data licensing for agents
> Amazon has blocked Grok bot and other shopping agents.
the internet is starting to block AI agents that were supposed to do everything for us

yesterday i launched my hivecoded battle royale for a live playtest event.
Kong Royale.
we did 6 lobbies of 50 players and EVERY GAME was 100% full.
Everything just worked.
it took 3 weeks, 2 claude max accounts, and 100s of prompts from my livestream chat to build.
Even when players disconnected, opus 5.5 built a reconnect feature to get them right back in the lobby.
p2p in game voice chat was incredible.
I had 100fps all day, and server latency was around 20ms.
people played from all over the world.
i flew helicopters, drove a tuk tuk, and had intense battles trying to rotate around the map.
you CAN do anything now.

I made a Grok Bot that can use Suno, Midjourney, and Opus to make music videos

Two Anthropic engineers built a prompt system that spits out a rigged Blender monster in minutes, and the trick is that it never designs the creature
It designs the skeleton first. Anatomy decides what a creature can do, and everything strange gets added on top of something that works.
> FRAME - limb count, joint positions and weight distribution set before any mesh exists
> FLESH - muscle volumes grown onto that frame, so the silhouette follows the structure
> WARP - the strangeness applied last, as deformation rather than invention
Image-led creature generation looks incredible and falls apart on the rig. Limbs bend in places nothing could bend.
Starting from a skeleton flips the failure. The monster may look wrong on purpose, but it always moves like something alive.
The warp stage is where the personality arrives. Stretch one limb pair, collapse a joint, invert a spine curve, and it reads as a different species.
Because the frame is parametric, every variant is one number away. A hundred monsters cost barely more than the first.
Weight distribution is the detail everyone skips. It decides posture, and posture is what makes a creature look dangerous or sick.
Studios build this knowledge into one senior artist. Here it sits in a prompt that any junior can run.
The full prompt chain and a batch of monsters from one frame are laid out underneath.

We just open-sourced an entire 3D team for Blender.
Introducing the Scenario plugin.

It’s about to get really silly
New on our Engineering blog: Creating in-house source control.
In May, we merged around 2,500 code changes per day. In September, we merged more than 30,000 per day. As a result, we became bottlenecked by developer infrastructure built for human (rather than agent) scale.
Here, we share how we built a new version control system—and fully migrated our monorepo from git—in five months: anthropic.com/engineering/re…

New Update: Grok Bot Tool Selection
This is a bold move forward by Elon. In reality if you want the best employee in a @Bot you must grant access to the best tool, no matter who made it.
At The Zero-Human Company we made this the rule day one. Mr. @Grok CEO would make the call to use local AI models we built or cloud models.
Now the interesting part is tracking what the best tool is. Because this changes by task and tool improvement.
We built a series of internal evaluation tests that all AI employees use as a running reference. We test weekly.
This overrides even the “instincts” of the CEO or any AI employees.
The other things we evaluate on is cost and time.
“[USE: ] For next step. When complete, exit this tool use and make note of it in the Tool.md file entry and exit and task.”
So the best tool is the one that fits all the criteria.
It finally happened
America has entered the frontier open weights model competition. We aren't rolling over to China
Reflection announced Beam, a 501B parameter open weights model that is comparable to GLM 5.2, Qwen 3.8, and Opus 4.8
Yes, Opus 4.8 on your desk
You will need a decent sized machine for this. Probably the Mac Studio 512gb
But if you listened to me back in January when I warned you days like today were going to come, then you're all set
I stand by Opus 4.5 being the most important model release in history. We will now have a model BETTER than that on our desks
If you haven't gotten into local AI yet, it's officially time to do it
Take any computer you have, talk to an AI agent, ask which models you can run
Never been more important to just start
Introducing Beam: a highly efficient agentic open model with 501B total parameters and 23B active.
- Frontier reasoning efficiency
- Advances the Western open frontier on coding & agentic tasks
- Trained end-to-end from scratch
Full weights release this month.

Introducing Melty!

Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Melty doesn't make the mashups it shows. Its Terms (§1, §6) say mashups come from outside creators, aren't reviewed or scanned for malware, and run with full access to your PC. The Minecraft-in-Elden-Ring mod is by Tobyn Jacobs.
