The self proclaimed "Cold Email King" just charged back over $80,000 from the man who ran his entire email infrastructure That man is me I seen the disputes hit my dashboard and I swear to god I laughed out loud Jack Bricknell. JN Jack. @jn_jackk I was the FIRST person to ever supply this man with large scale infrastructure. September 2025. Every campaign his little kingdom ever sent ran through systems I built And bro averaged a 0.001% reply rate on them Do u understand how rtarded you have to be to pull 0.001% on infrastructure that prints money for every single other person who touches it The king of cold email cannot write a cold email are you crazy are you dumb Oh ? The infrastructure was the problem ? Buddy I built my own verifier and tested ur little OmniVerifier against it, the tool doesnt verify sht, ur tech is fake ur results are fake ur crown is fake So instead of locking in and getting better at his ONE job this grown man went to Amex and reversed every invoice since day one Fcked me for $80K+ overnight, the person who kept his whole operation alive But His own coaching students came to me and told me this is literally what he teaches Pay every vendor with Amex so u can reverse it all once ur done using them Make ur own clients pay bank transfer ONLY so they can never get a cent back Collect 5 figures deliver nothing churn repeat Any rtard on earth can run 100% margins when stealing ur costs back is the business model that is called fraud son And my DMs bro My fcking DMs 10+ people in a few days with the same story word for word Sold him LinkedIn accounts, delivered "a day late", full chargeback Sold him review botting, full chargeback His own staff, never paid His agency clients, real companies that paid 5 figures, zero work done, churned like they were nothing multiple 6 figures collectively and new victims in my inbox every single day Now hes blocking people and hiding threads like a scared little rat Bud I have everything saved You cannot delete what lives in my drive If ur his customer rethink who ur backing If he owes u money protect urself while u still can If he ran this same play on u, DM me and get ur records together, there is a serious case being built against him and his company and u may be able to recover Jacky I know ur reading this so read slow U cannot charge back a subpoena Full exposé next week. Everything goes public, receipts and all U got cocky and stole from the wrong one See u next week bud 🫡

Your email verifier is guessing on half your list. Straight up guessing. Read this before you get mad. B2B lists are packed with Outlook addresses. And Microsoft doesn't like being probed. It throttles verifiers, blocks them, or lets everything through at the door and bounces it later. So your verifier knocks, gets no real answer, and does what any business charging per credit would do. It slaps "valid" on it and takes your money. Then you send. The bounces hit your warmed domain. Your infra burns. You rewrite the copy thinking that's the problem. It was never the copy. We send 1.4M cold emails a day. So we ran the same list through 20+ verifiers and compared every result against what actually bounced. On Outlook, most of them were a coin flip. So we built our own. For ourselves first. Now it's public. EmailShield. Real Outlook verification built from actual delivery data, not a probe Microsoft won't answer. $199 per 1M emails. No tiers. No credit games. 40K free credits for the early bird list. I wrote the full breakdown: why Outlook breaks verification, every tool we tested and how they scored, the exact verification workflow we run at 1M+ sends, and what skipping it really costs you. Comment "VERIFY" and I'll DM it to you.

Mfers really out here switching sequencers every 3 weeks like it's gonna fix their deliverability. Bro. It's a calendar with a send button. Blaming your sequencer for landing in spam is like blaming the Uber driver because the restaurant food was bad. He just delivered it. You cooked the garbage. The inbox doesn't care which logo pressed send. It cares about: whose servers you're sending from how cooked your domains are how many dead emails are on your list whether your copy reads like a Nigerian prince wrote it, tracking pixel and all whether you're blasting 15 emails a day out of one Outlook inbox like a lunatic That's it. That's the whole list. "But I switched tools and my numbers went up!" Yeah, because you also bought fresh inboxes, cleaned your list and stopped writing 400-word emails with 3 links. Then you went on X and thanked the software. Incredible. Truly a man of science. Now listen. There's exactly ONE thing a sequencer brings that touches your deliverability. The warmup pool. That's it. One thing. A good pool warms your inboxes with real-looking conversations. A garbage pool over-sends, fakes replies like a bot farm and teaches Google you're a spammer before you've sent a single cold email. A bad warmup pool is worse than no warmup at all. So check the pool. Then pick the sequencer because it's cheap, the UI doesn't make you want to die and support answers before Christmas. Then take the money you were about to spend on "the deliverability sequencer"... ...and buy more domains. That's where the inbox actually lives.

Catch-all cleaning is a scam. Straight up scam. Read this before you get mad. A catch-all domain says "yes" to every email you send it. Real inbox, typo, [email protected]. All "accepted." So when a tool "verifies" a catch-all, it's asking a server that agrees with everything whether your email is real. The only way to actually know is to send a real test and watch what happens for up to 48 hours. Now look at your catch-all cleaner. It finished in 3 minutes. Gents. It didn't verify anything. It guessed. And charged you per credit for the guess. Then you send to those "valid" leads, the bounces hit your domain, and your warmed infra goes up in smoke. We send 1.4M cold emails a day. We tested almost every verifier on the market, including the catch-all cleaners. So when we built EmailShield, we made a call: We don't offer catch-all cleaning. Not because we can't build a pretty 3-minute "valid" button. Because we refuse to sell you a guess. Here's what actually works: 1. Clean everything verifiable with EmailShield, including Outlook, which most tools get wrong 2. Skip catch-alls by default. Lose a few leads, keep your domains 3. If you absolutely need them, use a tool that does real 48-hour testing and wait the full window 4. Never trust anything that "cleans" catch-alls in minutes I wrote the full breakdown: how catch-alls work, why most tools fake it, and the one tool we'd actually trust for them. Comment "CATCHALL" and I'll DM it to you.

Your cold email didn't die because of the subject line. It died 4 days ago and nobody told you. Here are the 5 numbers that kill campaigns, the reserve math for running at scale, and the 8 mistakes I watch wipe out entire domain networks every month.

Your domains are milk. Not wine. They don't get better with age while you blast them 5 days a week, gents. They go sour. Under real cold email load, a domain lives maybe 45 days to 2 months. Push it hard with a bad list and it's dead in 3 weeks. That's not a bug. That's the job. Yet every week some mfer DMs me in a full panic. "Bro my domains burned." Yes. They do that. You sent cold email from them. At scale, 10–20% of your domains die every single month. Doesn't matter how good you are. Doesn't matter how perfect your DNS is. It's the cost of doing business. Like tires on a race car. The guys who survive don't have domains that never burn. They just have the next batch already warm when it happens. Here's the math nobody does: 10 active domains? 1–2 die a month. Keep 2–3 warm in the back. 50 active domains? 5–10 die a month. Keep 8–12 ready. 100 active domains? 10–20 die a month. Keep 15–25 ready. No reserve and one bad week puts you at zero. Then you're buying domains, setting DNS, warming for 2–3 weeks, and watching your pipeline flatline while you wait. With a reserve, a domain dies at 10am and its replacement is sending by lunch. Nobody notices. The calendar stays full. And stop trying to save the dying ones. "Maybe it'll recover if I rest it." Brother. It's spoiled milk. Pouring it back in the fridge doesn't make it fresh. Pull it, replace it, move on. Treat domains like a pipeline, not a collection: Buy every month. Warm every month. Retire every month. Don't fall in love with their domains.

I'm genuinely pissed off watching people do everything except the basics. AI confirmation videos. 9-email reminder funnels. Custom calendar landing pages with a countdown timer. Bro. Stop. Here's the whole strategy: 1. Confirm the call. On the spot. "Can you 100% make this time?" 2. Send them an SMS reminder. Introduce yourself like a human. "Hey, it's [name], looking forward to our call tomorrow." 3. Call them before the meeting. It's called triage, you beautiful little goblins. Disqualify the tire-kickers, shorten the call for the real ones, and walk into the discovery call already knowing them. That's it. No funnels. No hacks. No 47-step Zapier spaghetti. Confirm. Text. Triage. *dials with one hand, eats a sandwich with the other* Do the basics, gents. They're basic because they work.

Email verifiers are scamming you in 2026. Read the whole thing before you start typing "uH aCtuAlly..". Not all of them on purpose. But the result is the same. We send 1.4M cold emails a day ourselves. Our clients send 40M+. And every single day I watch people do everything right. Clean domains. Perfect DNS. Warmed inboxes. Short copy. Then their bounce rate spikes and their infra burns anyway. The list was "verified." Of course it was. Here's the dirty secret nobody in this industry wants you to know: Almost nobody verifies Outlook accurately. Microsoft handles verification checks differently from Gmail. The handshake most verifiers rely on doesn't give a straight answer. So the tools guess. They mark it valid. Or catch-all. Or "risky," which is a fancy word for "we have no idea." And they have zero reason to fix it. They charge per credit. Bigger list, more money. Accuracy isn't the product. Your credit card is. So I tested the 5 most popular verifiers on the market. Same list. Same known outcomes. On Outlook, most of them were a coin flip. So we built our own. For ourselves first, because at 1.4M a day, bad verification doesn't waste credits. It burns domains. It's called EmailShield. It handles Outlook with its own logic, not a guess. $199 per 1M emails. No tiers. No credit games. We're opening early access. Comment "VERIFY," like this and follow, and I'll DM you: Early access to EmailShield 10K free credits to test it on your own list The full breakdown of how every tool performed Test it against whatever you're using now. If we're not more accurate, keep using them.

Everyone selling "intent data" as a cold email cheat code is drunk. Fucking drunk. Please re-read this before getting grumpy. We run a lead sourcing product. We pull signals every single day. We've tested intent data across more campaigns than most of these vendors have customers. I'm not saying it's useless. I'm saying that despite being useful, most of it is noise wearing a suit. "This company is surging on CRM software" usually means one intern googled something for a school project. Or a competitor's sales rep was doing research. Or a bot crawled a page. You pay $30K a year for a dashboard full of green arrows, blast everyone it flags, and wonder why reply rates look exactly the same as before. At some point more signals is NOT an advantage. And if you're letting a black-box score decide who you email with zero sanity checks... you're actually an insane person. The signals that actually work are boring and verifiable. They just raised. They're hiring 3 SDRs. They switched tools last month. Their competitor got acquired. Facts you can see, not "surges" you have to trust. Anyone who has run real campaigns on intent can open the reply inbox and see the truth: a slightly better list, not a cheat code. Intent data is a nice to have. A clean list, a real offer and inboxes that land are the business. Stop paying for vibes. Start emailing facts.

added a warm caller to our new offer. first day. handed her an old lead list everyone had given up on. she booked 10 calls. i pay her $8/hr + performance bonuses. that's about $7 per booked call. gents. you are paying $200 per meeting to an agency that sends you a PDF with open rates. here's how we run it: call the leads you already paid for every cold email campaign leaves a graveyard behind it. people who replied "maybe," "send more info," "circle back," then went silent. those aren't dead leads. they're leads nobody called. the list that "didn't work" is usually the cheapest pipeline you own. speed kills a positive reply that gets a call in 5 minutes books. a positive reply that gets an email in 5 hours gets "let me think about it." the second someone says "tell me more," the phone should be ringing. warm ≠ cold she isn't cold calling. every person she dials already heard from us. "hey, it's [name] from [company], you replied to our email about X, wanted to grab 2 minutes." that opener alone flips the whole call. they remember you. they're not annoyed. they're curious. short script, real questions the goal isn't to pitch. it's to qualify and book. 3 to 5 questions. are they a fit? who signs off? when can they talk? then book them on the spot. not "i'll send a link." on. the. spot. double dial no answer? call again right away. people ignore one unknown number. two in a row reads as "this might be important." it's annoying. it works. voicemail + email combo leave a 15-second voicemail. then send a 2-line email right after: "just left you a voicemail about X, here's my calendar." now you're in their phone AND their inbox within 60 seconds. pay for outcomes low base, real bonuses for booked calls that actually show. she makes more when she books more. i pay less per meeting the better she gets. everybody wins except your competitors. measure show rate, not bookings 10 booked calls that nobody shows up to is 0 calls. confirm the time on the call. ask "can you 100% make this?" send the invite while they're still on the line. text a reminder the day before. a booking only counts if they show. the math cold email finds the interest. the phone closes the gap. email alone leaves money in the inbox. calling alone is expensive and slow. together it's $7 meetings. send more emails. then pick up the phone, dear child.

if you're letting claude answer your cold email replies, read this before it ruins another "sounds interesting, tell me more" gents. most AI reply agents are just very fast ways to lose leads. here's what actually matters: intent taxonomy "positive" and "negative" is not a taxonomy. it's a coin flip with extra steps. sort every reply into real intents: ready to book, wants info first, wrong person with a referral, bad timing with a date, price question, objection, unsubscribe, OOO. every intent gets its own playbook. sending "great, here's my calendar" to all of them is how mfers turn 100 hot leads into 12 calls. few-shot from winners don't let claude invent how to reply. it will sound like a dentist's office. pull 30–50 real threads that ended in a booked call. feed them in, grouped by intent. your best closer's replies are the training data. your agent should sound like a killer, not like "we appreciate your interest!" ground truth nothing torches a lead faster than an agent making up a price. give claude a knowledge base: offer, pricing, proof, FAQs, and a list of things it's never allowed to say. answer from that or don't answer. no vibes. no creative writing. it is not a novelist, dear child. confidence and handoff have claude score its own confidence on every draft. high confidence + simple intent = send. angry prospect, legal question, whale deal = human. immediately. an agent that knows when to shut the fuck up is worth 10 that answer everything. length mirroring prospect writes 6 words. your agent replies with 4 paragraphs and a bulleted list. instant death. they know it's a bot. their dog knows it's a bot. short gets short. formal gets formal. this one change alone makes your agent feel human. booking logic "how about tuesday?" means nothing without a timezone. read the signature, the domain, the phrasing. figure out where they are. offer 2 specific slots in THEIR time. 2 options beats a calendar link nobody clicks. every time. thread memory read the whole thread. not just the last message. what did the first email say? what did they already ask? did their cofounder reply last week? answering the same question twice is how you get left on read forever. speed a reply in 5 minutes books. a reply in 5 hours gets "let me think about it." the whole point of an agent is it doesn't sleep. if yours waits on a batch job you built a slower intern. congrats. evals before you touch the prompt, build a test set. 100 real past replies with the perfect answer for each. every change, run the set. otherwise you fix price questions and quietly break referrals for 3 weeks while you sip choco milk thinking it's all fine. measure the right thing don't measure replies sent. nobody cares. measure calls booked. and calls that actually showed. an agent that replies to everything and books nobody is just a premium annoyance machine. there's a LOT more to reply handling than "AI answers emails." build the playbook first. then build the bot. or don't. more booked calls for us.

Here is @jn_jackk glazing my system on camera for 45 straight seconds The same system he charged back $80,000+ on And now this man is telling people the REAL reason he charged back everything is because we "leaked his copy" Leaked ur copy ? Oh ? The copy ? Jacky ur copy pulls 0.001% replies. That is the worst reply rate I seen in the history of this industry and I have watched thousands of campaigns Why in gods name would I want to copy the one man on earth who made cold email LOSE money Are you crazy are you dumb??? U could not pay a rtard to run ur copy. Leaking it would be a fcking public safety announcement Nobody wants what u have bro. This has been ur problem since the day I met u There is no NDA between us. Never was. Zero papers signed. So everything I know about ur operation is fair game and buddy I know all of it U glazed the system on camera and then stole it son oh & us "overbilling" you was a lie son , we billed you AT COST or below Its on tape You will be ok Jacky See u next week 🫡
