Kuroh is one of my favorite artists. So excited for her!
I had the incredible honor to design and illustrate the art for the new @GamerSupps sour flavor mod "Sucker Punch"!
Thank you so much for having me (。•̀ᴗ-)✧
It's been a while since I posted this and a lot has changed in that time.
The good news is that I've been getting better. I've lost weight, I go for daily walks, my blood sugars have been under substantially better control, and the amount of pain I experience daily has gone down.
I've also been mentally healing quite a bit from an experience that left me feeling like I was worthless and part of how I wound up in this position to begin with.
I feel like I'm adapting well to a world that's quickly changing around me. Especially within my own profession. I felt some loss over it, but I'm also learning new skills and that's something I'll always be passionate about.
I feel like I still have a ways to go. I haven't been able to stream nearly as much as I'd love to. It's an unachieved goal that got sidelined by a couple of bad years. My goal over the next year is to get some of my unresolved streaming projects launched. Such as my fem model that recently got finished. I'm hoping to debut it for the big birthday bash next month. There's still one other big project I'm working on, but you'll have to wait and see what that one is.
With that said I feel like if I can make all this progress on recovering my health, both physical and mental, I can still push hard to achieve my other goals.
Thank you all for the support through this. 💚

It depends on your cont -- Nah, this isn't contract related.
(Apologise to OP if this reply is overwhelming but I feel it's a needed discussion for alot of people so thank you for asking the community this ❤️)
I will be honest in that I am against around 90% of partner pushes that I've seen in my 6 years in the space and here's two main reasons why:
1) Alot of people tend to jump on them the moment they hit a double digit average. That's a brilliant milestone! but getting Partner isn't something that happens just because you say it will. It takes alot of work.
2) The drop off after often leads to people falling in to a depression that they don't prepare themselves for and then it becomes a series of sad posting and self-pity that hinders their growth more because, as mean as it is, people don't wanna be around negativity when they have their own stuff going on (have a secondary account for yapping if you really wanna be more candid with your lower emotions)
Partner pushing is done for the CCV and expectation of keeping it. Many of those who do one don't look at their content or look to improve or adapt as people are coming over so why bother?
This is where the drop happens.
People were coming to support you getting a badge. Now that you have it ... why should they stick around? What are YOU actually offering past asking for generosity? The content community can be very supportive but once the goal is met then what? They'll just move over to someone else asking for the same help.
My general advice for anyone wanting to partner push:
a) Make sure you're already steadily growing in numbers in a way that it'll naturally go that way! Don't rush it. Hell, I'd even wait until you're around the 50ccv mark so that there's less pressure.
b) If you're stagnant and thinking a push will help ... it won't. Look at your streams dips and rises, analyse how you present and how you engage your community by watching the vods, see what works and what you need to work on. All of the information is there for you in your dashboard! You just gotta read more than the "Average CCV" and "Payout" tabs.
c) Even if you're still doing well number-wise, please look at your reports! See where the drops were, where the rises were, what you can do differently, etc, and try to maintain where you are or improve.
Am I a negative nancy? Sure.
But it's more important to be honest in this kind of discussion.
Genuine question: why is it that every time someone does a partner push, hits the goal, and becomes a Twitch Partner, they get sad when the numbers go back to normal, or lower than before? I thought the goal was just to reach the checkmark, not to keep the bigger viewership. If the goal was bigger viewership, wouldn’t you do something different?
