YouTube is free education. But 98% don't know the best professors on its virtual campus. Here are the top 10 channels that will teach you more in 2024 than a 4-year college degree:

The software development I knew is now gone forever. I spent around 10 years convincing everyone that writing unit tests was critical to developing software. Unfortunately, people like unit tests until they have to write them. "We didn't have time," they'd tell you. And I get it. I understand the pressure. I know that writing more code is annoying. You have to write it, fix it, and maintain it. But then, this new generation of AI tools showed up, and the way I'm writing code is changing faster than a chameleon in a rainbow store. Last week, I started testing @CodiumAI's Visual Studio Code plugin to propose and generate unit tests for my code. I'm never going back. I now ask the plugin to propose tests for any class in my code, and a minute later, I have a list covering the happy path and the edge cases. But that’s just the start: CodiumAI analyzes your code, proposes code enhancements, and does behavior coverage. Everything without writing any prompts or leaving my IDE. I'm now 10x faster, and my code is much better. If you use Visual Studio Code or JetBrains, search and install the CodiumAI extension. You can't outrun progress! Thanks to the @CodiumAI team for helping me understand their work and partnering with me on this post!

#AdityaL1mission & Lagrange points: In "simple words", Lagrange points are points between any 2 gravitational bodies that can be called as "parking spots" where a satellite can neither be attracted or repulsed by 2 bodies (Here L1,L2,L3,L4 and L5 are Lagrange points) (1/5)

Steganography is a form of encryption that lets you hide one image inside another. In this tutorial, you'll learn how the algorithm works & how it alters images at the pixel level. Then you'll use this technique to build your own photo encryption app. freecodecamp.org/news/build-…

Pointers can be a daunting concept in C programming – but they're key to understanding the language. Essentially, they "point" to the location of data in memory. And this course teaches you how they work. Find it on freeCodeCamp's YouTube channel and get ready to grok pointers.

Praggnanandhaa shook hands with Magnus Carlsen in roughly an hour. They played exactly 30 moves and their game 2 ended in a draw. Magnus was not feeling well and so he killed the game with white pieces. Conserve energy and put everything you have got into the tiebreaks is Carlsen's mantra. The score is now 1-1 and the match proceeds to shorter time controls - rapid (25 mins each) and perhaps even blitz. A few minutes after Carlsen and Pragg shook hands, the entire country erupted into applause as the Vikram lander made a successful soft landing on the southern pole of the moon! Mission Chandrayaan 3 was successful. It's a massive achievement for India. No nation has been able to achieve soft landing on the southern pole of the moon. It's not just a great moment for our country but the entire humanity. So 23rd August was a huge day for India. But what happens on 24th of August? Well, the rover which was nestled inside the lander will now get into action. The main job of exploring the moon will begin thanks to the rover. You know what's the name of the rover, don't you? It's PRAGYAN! While Pragyan gets into action on the moon to start exploring the terrain, 18-year-old Praggnanandhaa will get into action in Baku, Azerbaijan. Pragg beat world no.3 Hikaru Nakamura 2-0 in tiebreaks and World no.2 Fabiano Caruana 2.5-1.5 in tiebreaks as well. He has been a tiebreaks monster at the FIDE World Cup 2023. But will he be able to beat World no.1 Magnus Carlsen? Carlsen is an amazing rapid and blitz player. He has been 4-time world rapid champion and 6-time world blitz champion. When it comes to tiebreaks at the highest level, there is no one better than him. He showcased nerves of steel to beat Karjakin and Caruana to retain his world title. How can little Pragg beat such an amazing speed player like Carlsen? Well, for both Praggnanandhaa in Baku and Pragyan on the moon, this is terra Incognita. It will require huge amounts of confidence to surmount the challenges up ahead! But both are fearless and the entire world will watch their every single move with bated breath! Let's Go! #chess #chessbaseindia #pragyan #praggnanandhaa #isro #chandrayaan
