Congratulations to #HarryKane for winning the Ballon d’Or 2026. Deserving or not, he should enjoy his moment in the light… I still maintain the the whole concept of the Ballon d’Or or FIFA Best Awards is flawed on one major premise… FOOTBALL IS A TEAM SPORT!!!

… Singling out one player as the overall best makes not one sense… What should be celebrated is best Forward, best Midfielder, best Defender, best Goalkeeper… that way you’re saying the winner is the best in his “category”… in his “department”… in his POSITION!!!

…lastly, the voting system has to change also. It’s always a popularity contest. Rather, there should be an academy of 20 or 30 technical persons who are given certain criteria, with major competition years like World Cup, Euros, Afcon weighing strongly on selection. #My2Cents

I feel the nerves… If she keeps at it and understudies good presenters, she’ll be fine over time. She’s gotta commit to it wholeheartedly. She’s done the hardest part which is… to start!!! 😊 You go Sulia 💪🏽

🚨🇧🇷 RONALDINHO IS BACK… AND HE SCORED AT 46! 🤯⚽ The football world has just witnessed something unbelievable. After more than a decade away from professional football, the Brazilian magician Ronaldinho has stepped onto the pitch again for Italian Serie C side Ravenna. 🇮🇹🔥 And he didn’t just make a cameo… 🎯 He came off the bench. ⚽ He found the back of the net. 🪄 And he did it at the age of 46! The man who once made football look like magic is now writing one final chapter of his legendary career. From World Cup champion… To Ballon d’Or winner… To one of the most entertaining players ever… And now: 46 YEARS OLD. OFF THE BENCH. GOAL. 🤯🔥 Ronaldinho really said: “Retirement? Not yet.” 😂🇧🇷 The magician is back. 🪄⚽ #Ronadinho
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Rondinho non ha ancora debuttato con il Ravenna e questo video ha più di 10 anni. Quello non è il campionato di serie C italiana. sport.virgilio.it/ronaldinho-arr…

This is totally tasteless and I don’t condone such on my page. Please don’t tag me on such, ever!!! It’s very disrespectful to her and everything she stands for. Try show some restraints on social media… not everything that goes through your mind must be spewed… Cheers!!!

The biggest weapon currently fashioned AGAINST me is @T2mobile_ng 😠 It’s the MOST epileptic network ever, with amount of downtime experienced. The WORST is buying data! They’re literally stealing from customers!!! I’ve bought data three times and it still says 0MB 🤦🏽‍♂️ #Madness

Absolutely sir. Thomas tuchel put his side under pressure by sitting back. Hayi at least I placed a bet of R200 and got my 2k! Thanks to Argentina with a remarkable comeback.

#England was inviting trouble with their tactic of sitting back and allowing #Argentina all the time and space on the ball… recipe for disaster… alas! gave #Argentina a way back into the game and they probably may win it. #FIFAWorldCup2026 #England #Argentina #SSFootball

They wear their emotions on their jerseys and that's all the Spaniards capitalized on.

#France looking at themselves and wondering where all the frightening momentum that brought them into semifinals dissipate to… #Spain has been the better and clinical side clearly. #FIFAWorldCup2026 #France #Spain #SSFootball

JAYDEN ADAMS… a very sad loss. I pray for strength for the families and the nation of South Africa. 🕊️

Absolute pleasure. Now you can go back home and get the needed rest before your show begins #AfricaSportOn and Radio also. But in South Africa it's bad news we've lost a young talent that represented at the world cup.
