Hi, I'm Felix. I'm an eng lead working on Claude. I love watching people take flight and do things they never thought possible. We often describe that as "being more ambitious" when using AI, which is tricky advice to follow. I wrote a tutorial: felixrieseberg.com/how-to-be…

in just over a month, we've had - flying cars - AI solving a Millenium Math problem - A new antibiotic discovered by AI lab - 722 AI written Math papers released at once - A solution to AI alignment - Google reducing errors 40× in quantum computing, making it practical - Opus 5 level AI running fully offline - Opus 5.5 solving motion graphics and automations. And that's just in the last 5 weeks. IYNYK. Incredible time to be alive
every week during the singularity is just utterly insane

Branding ruim cobra juros compostos.

A febre do indie hacker brasileiro tá engraçada demais.

Don't pitch Brazilian financial institutions on "accelerating innovation". Pitch them on closing audit gaps, avoiding regulatory fines, and meeting Central Bank deadlines. Risk avoidance budgets are 10x larger than innovation budgets.

If your enterprise SaaS contract is priced in USD without addressing local Brazilian withholding taxes, procurement flags it on day one. In regulated finance, tax friction kills momentum faster than product competition.

Pitching foreign B2B tech to Brazilian banks via cold InMails has a low ceiling. The fastest route into tier-1 and tier-2 institutions: local partner channels. Law firms, regulatory consultancies, and IT auditors already have trust. Co-selling with them bypasses the vendor queue.
52
Selling software to Brazilian financial institutions from abroad? Language is the first silent deal-killer. Even if C-levels speak English, the engineers evaluating InfoSec and the Legal teams reviewing local compliance work 100% in Portuguese. Localize technical documentation early.
53
In regulated financial sales, product demos build interest. InfoSec questionnaires close the contract. If your technical compliance responses take 3 weeks, momentum dies. Have your SOC 2 mapping, data localization policy, and BACEN regulatory alignment packet ready before the first call.

let me break down “software is dead” for you the latest argument is “you just tell your agent what you want, and your agent will vibe code software on the fly to get that done, so no one will need real software any more” sounds reasonable, until you realize it costs tokens, compute, and wall clock time to build those software on the fly so instead of one-click launching an app, the bet is people will prefer to write a prompt, wait for 15 minutes, then get something that may or may not do what they want, and at the end of the month pay more $$$ for the token spend, higher than all their software combined that’s literally the argument and if we look at the world in aggregate, most people would just end up building the exact same “personal” software repeatedly oh - your agent just spent 3 days and $500 of tokens vibe coding your terminal multiplexer? mine just did exactly the same! let’s celebrate how personal our terminal multiplexers are! sorry - i just don’t see that as being a happy scenario for anyone, other than people who profit from telling others how to waste $ on tokens to be constructive, here’s what i believe as the future state - - high quality software that takes high cost to make will continue to thrive. just like good restaurants don’t compete with your air fryer and microwave - most of those software will be offered headlessly for people to use via their agents, and they can continue to monetize such usage. this is already the case with products like jira, linear, stripe - human-facing software will all offer dynamic UI that can be adjusted with natural language on the fly so they can be personalized easily, but their core doesn’t have to be rebuilt by every user repeatedly instead of “software is dead”, i believe good software becomes “strong core, headless service, fluid interface” which future do you think is more likely?

Distribution is the only moat left. Also, the state of distribution right now … - Spamming outbound until you get blacklisted - Community marketing across Reddit and other sites until you get banned - SEO clicks disappearing into the AI void - Results from getting listed in AI engines are untrackable. - Get ignored across social media because everyone wants to gorge on memes made by AI - Creators keep raising their prices because brands are desperate for growth. Distribution is a moat if you have some unfair advantage: network effects, an existing customer base, or a one-of-one founder. Without that, you’re just in the trenches like everyone else
