I still can't help but to think about how Mizzou led by 7, and had possession of the ball, at the start of the 4th quarter at Mississippi State.
But the Bulldogs stepped it up and Mizzou didn't. Much credit to State.
But dang it, I'm irritated that the Tigers lost that game.
For the first time we had autumn-like conditions this morning in Little Rock.
Of course I took advantage of the comfortable weather by going on a nice run. Make sure you are getting your steps in, too.

The chaotic "fair maps" battle in my native Missouri is the gazillionth example of why voting — and also being politically active — matters.
Thus, actually learn the issues and the candidates, and vote.
The scheduled midterm election is fast approaching.

I love football.
But the worst part of the firsts weeks of NCAA football is seeing the HBCUs take these "Paycheck Beatdowns", against Power 4 teams.
Those games always make me think about how HBCU's are purposely underfunded and how these blowouts help keep the schools afloat.
I am blessed to have had the opportunity to spend a portion of my Labor Day jogging through the Little Rock streets.
It is an activity that I do not take for granted.

Happy #GlobalRunningDay!
I love being a member of the run/walk community. Being a runner has improved my life in a multitude of ways.

Someone recently asked me if I also lift weights to go along with the running and walking I do.
Well ... here's the answer.

Who all else is serious about addressing their health?
I’m totally hooked on being a better, healthier version of myself. I love it here. I’m never going back to how I once lived. This is my lifestyle, not just something I occasionally do.

Congratulations John Korir!
He's gone back-to-back Boston Marathon men's champion.
It's unreal that a human being can complete a marathon in a shade over 2 hours.
If Mizzou plays to its ability, especially being in St. Louis, it can actually do something in the tournament.
Hmmm!
I am cautiously excited.
Happy Selection Sunday folks!
By the way, you might as well start working to find out what channel truTV is.
Thus, you will not have to scramble around Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday trying to figure out what channel truTV is or if your cable provider even offers it.
🤣
Due to Mizzou doing Mizzou kinda stuff the last 3 games — all us Tiger fans are currently scoreboard watching like it's mid-September and the Royals, or Cardinals, are trying to get a Wild Card spot.
At times, being a Mizzou fan is difficult and emotionally taxing.
Red herring!
Red herring!
Red herring!
The use of a red herring must always be kept in mind whenever assessing the actions of the president, and most of his administration.
That’s all I got to say about this latest act of tomfoolery.

Please get it right. Jackson County voters did not say no to keeping the Chiefs and Royals.
They said no to accepting a crappy, disorganized, confusing proposed stadium tax. Honestly, I don't blame them for voting no. Sometimes in life you just have to say enough is enough.
Today is the 119th founders' day for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.!
Heck yeah Moyé is going to represent and rock his letters all day long.
