Dear Wpg: Do yourself a favour when you get home, if you're inactive or suspect cardiovascular issues, don't shovel. Give the neighbourhood kid $30 to do it. The snow is very saturated with water and requires strength. You want your holiday to be good, not spent in the hospital.
Thanks for sharing, we'd be happy to help out!

No hyperbole, folks. Buy supplies no later than tomorrow and prepare for being stuck at home for a couple of days.

It's been a snowy winter in Winnipeg, but how does it compare with other historically snowy winters? Well, we've had 103 cm so far, but we'll have to double that to get into a top 10 spot. Top 7 winters had over 200 cm of snowfall, including the infamous 1996-97 #MBstorm
