He won 5 division titles, finished first or second in the West 11 times, went to the playoffs 10 times, coached the Seahawks in 19 playoff games, went to 2 Super Bowls and won a Lombardi. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Macdonald. I would not trade him for ANY coach in the NFL right now. But he has a long way to go before he catches Pete.
