Ok my retro peeps... I'm looking for a reliable retro hardware seller in the US for some Commodore, Atari and Amiga items. Any recommendations? I do NOT want to use eBay.... I have never had anything but trouble with it and I'd rather support someone's personal store or site without them having to pay eBay fees too. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
This is the size I was talking about in my previous post about needing a recommendation for a large bed XY. This was a helmet I did in one shot for my buddy's cosplay costume last year. It made everything so much easier.
Obligatory Iron Man... But kids sized. I remember having those crappy plastic masks that smelled like feet and had a rubber band that would tangle my hair... I would have killed to be able to wear this kinda stuff for Halloween. It's so freaking fun to see these kids light up when they get them.
Another Halloween costume for a friend's son. This silk gold PLA looks great! (Sunlu I believe)
I do not have the name of the designer :(

Question for all my 3D Printing friends. I used to have a large (and I mean large) bedslinger that I used to use for a lot of helmet and other cosplay prints for friends/clients. I just had way to many problems with it and ended up selling it and tried to just stick with my P1S' (it was an Anycubic Kobra 2 Max) and get away from cosplay items. However over the past two years the demand I've been getting is just too much to ignore. Can anyone recommend a large bed XY that won't break the bank and be reliable?
Another great find tonight. One of the greatest series ever period. This is getting really cool too... One of my daughters is helping me try and organize stuff and the questions she asks about retro stuff gives me hope for future generations

Finding this going through these boxes makes me happier than finding just about anything else. The people I got me meet at these expos was truly a blessing. So much history and so much love for our hobby.
One of my all time favorites was the LUCKI Expo in 2005. I met some folks that became great friends! I got to meet and listen to Jim Butterfield give a presentation, same with Jeri Ellsworth. Both were incredibly genuine and caring people that loved talking shop and life after.
I cannot stress this enough... If you have a chance to go to an expo and break bread with folks that love things as much as you do you will truly find some amazing friends.
Also... Waffle Steak... IYKYK!
I found this new Apple II ps I had planned for a rebuild project years ago. With all the Apple stuff I keep unboxing it may end up being one of my II's that get setup before my C64 :(
Found this going through stuff I pulled yesterday. It is in crazy good shape! I actually really liked the keyboard on the Plus 4
I keep finding Apple II gear but still no working 1541... But this Apple drive is in damn good shape. I just might have to get some of my Apples running first.

Found this in one of my totes... I don't remember what this was for at all. I think it was something c64 related. Any ideas folks?
Man... Definitely going to sound like an old fart but... Training a group of new managers... 3 over 30... Fine.... 3 under 30 can't grasp working more than 3-4 hours at a time. Not exaggerating. So odd.
Ok folks... I think I've got this OBS stuff figured out and I'm about ready to dive back in.
I was trying to decide between Fallout 3 or Skyrim as my jumping back in point and have settled on Fallout 3. My plan is to roll through that, then Skyrim and then start knocking games off my list that I've been curating for over ten years (Yikes!).
Hopefully I'll have my C64 and Amigas back up and running and find a way to sprinkle in some of those as well to show comparisons/inspirations to a lot of today's era gaming.
I think this is going to be a hell of a lot of fun! Thanks to everyone whose let me pick their brains on my way back to the hobby I truly love. Y'all are the reason the gaming community is still the greatest group of folks after 40+ years!
