Replying to @makiloop
if you like GUI editors, @zeddotdev is basically like a version of VS Code that’s not terrible. if you like terminal editors, i’ve heard good things about Helix
Two and a half weeks until RACE DAY! Excited to have a more appropriate bike and another rider on the team. 🏍️
GitHub's PR checks/actions should be speculative merges instead of continuous isolation checks. The default should be running builds and tests as if the PR was merged.

I wouldn't use a text editor if it didn't have undo.
Why would you use version control software that doesn't have undo?
Use jujutsu instead of git.
Software development improvements from the past few years:
jj over git
Zed over VS Code
ghostty over alacritty
It's 2026, you don't need to deal with git: matthewkmayer.github.io/blag…

Riding at the 2025 Sang-Froid Riding Club's Bol d'Oregon endurance race. I won the Ironman class (only entry 😅 ) and placed fourth out of four teams in the modern category.
Eight days until race day. Team Filthy Casuals hard at work on the bike in a clean, organized garage.
