The fastest way to grow a B2B company is to help the people who already have the clients you want.
If you want a successful Meta Ads campaign that actually drives high-ticket leads for marketing agencies (not cheap form fills that waste your sales team’s time), you need to ignore almost everything Meta pushes by default. (ONLY FOR MARKETING AGENCIES DOING LESS THAN 20K/M)
Here’s the exact setup that works in 2026:
Process summary for agency high-ticket:
→ Leads objective
→ Higher Intent Instant Form or website form
→ Manual placements (FB + IG only)
→ Lookalikes + controlled broad
→ Zapier → CRM in real time
→ Offline/CAPI feedback loop That’s how you stop optimizing for junk and start optimizing for actual pipeline.
Most accounts waste money because they let Meta’s defaults run the show. The ones that win on high-ticket Meta Ads treat the platform as a lead engine that still needs human guardrails + clean data back into the algorithm. Save this if you’re running Meta for agencies or high-ticket services.
(Reply or DM if you want the exact ad set structure and form questions I use.)
