Here's a look back at all the #videogames features I wrote in 2024 - a year in which I got to interview Nolan Bushnell, Peter Molyneux, Charles Cecil, and many, many more luminaries of the games industry.
It was a good one!

I was just thinking about the @atari booth at @WASDlive_ again. Man, they knocked it out of the park with this one. The Big Trak on the shelf was the icing on the cake.

I have a shout out to Killer Frequency from Team17 in this - a brilliant slice of black humour about a DJ saving a town from a serial killer.

Woah - we almost got Saints Row Crazy Taxi!
That would have been something to behold 🚕
CANCELLED GAMES - #29 - Crazy "MoFo" Taxi - PSN/XBLA. Last of the THQ's. Part of my digital objectives was growing our brands beyond the core releases so players could play (in this case) in a Saints Row world outside of the mainline game. #gamedev #gamedevelopment

Make Way is SOOOOO fun. I've been having an absolute blast playing it in local multiplayer with the family - definitely one to get in for when the relatives arrive at Christmas.
Make Way from @WeAreSecretMode is Micro Machines where you have to build the track, and it's an absolute blast with four players.
In short, it's the perfect game for Christmas gatherings with the family - check out the review below 👇

Just pipped to the number one spot by Casanova's Life & Times, which, to be fair, sounds brilliant.

A great piece from @ryanlambie here. What a bizarre year it has been - we've seen some truly phenomenal video games at the same time as the industry has undergone unprecedented job losses.
