I was only invited once to @Newzroom405 for an interview way back in 2021. I was interviewed by @XoliMngambi - I was asked if I felt that the EFF was ready to govern. I said yes and explained the reasons why I said so. I could sense that this was not the answer the interviewer wanted to hear. It was an uncomfortable interview. I have never been invited back. I have never expressed views on any television station or media that I do not believe in fully. I am partial to left progressive parties but that does not mean that I am uncritical of them. I have learnt that South African media in general prefer white analysts who incline towards parties like the DA. Today many years later I still believe that the EFF is ready to govern. They are highly organised, have excellent people, have solid policies. That is the truth - I would like to see the EFF win a municipality so we can see what they can do in practice.
