Canada's uranium resources became a USA strategic asset in The Quebec Agreement of August 1943, signed by US President Franklin D. Roosevelt and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill , established wartime atomic collaboration and created the Combined Development Trust to lock down Canadian uranium supplies for the Manhattan Project. The Quebec Agreement is still in effect.
Canada became the fifty first state 83 years ago. Just try to leave and take the Uranium.
