Women don't need to exercise after a cold plunge to boost testosterone. Only 25% of a woman's testosterone comes from her ovaries. The rest comes from skin, fat, and adrenal glands, and cold activates all three directly.

Cold + exercise stimulates mitobiogenesis and boosts testosterone. Czechian researcher measured 50% increases in total testosterone in less than two weeks.
Rob measure an 80% increase in for months. His total T is now nearly 1000 ng/dL at the age of 61.
Despite the scientific case studies, despite the clinical trials, despite the mechanistic explanations, despite readers testimonies, there are still people online who are somehow convinced that all these increases in testosterone experienced after doing ice baths + exercise could not possibly have anything to do with the ice baths + exercise.
That's OK.
Some people have stopped caring what The Science (TM) and the popular click-bait medical accounts have been telling them for years, and started listening to their own bodies. The rest are going to just keep clicking on everything that is keeping them sick.
That second group of people is your competition.
This is @RobBroadway_ before and after using his Morozko every day for nine straight months.
You can tell he's worked hard to lose 100 lbs, improve his blood markers, and quit taking TRT.
It's not for everyone.
"Thanks to Morozko I have not taken medicine for my legs or knees now for almost four months. Great product!"
This is why we built the hydrogen-infused Morozko Mineral Bath.
Some people think it's too expensive and they're probably right, but we can't afford business-class round trip tickets to the Japanese onsen, so we built Mineral Bath instead.

You're successful and you've got money for some of the finer things in life...
... but do you have "I quit TRT, bought a Morozko and boosted my testosterone by more than 80% in 4 months" kind of money?
Evidently, @RobBroadway_ does.
At 41, Sarah Kleiner wanted a second child. She had lost two pregnancies, and IVF failed to produce viable embryos. Four months after she started regular cold water immersion, she conceived. At 43, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

When Marine Fighter Pilots are saying "A little shocked at the mental battle," maybe it's time to realize that the ice bath is a better workout for your brain than for your muscles.
#resilience
Received our @MorozkoForge on Friday. Started at 50 degrees on Saturday. Didn’t shiver fast enough. Dropped to 45 degrees on Sunday.
A little shocked at the mental battle to get in every morning. Getting out is fantastic!
We just put up three factory second ice baths on the web store at steep discounts. 1yr warranty, part & labor.
Ice bath ugly.

I doubted @thegarybrecka when he told @joerogan that hydrogen therapy probably is "the most underrated molecule in health."
I was wrong.
The more research I do on H2 in the bloodstream, the more convinced I am that it stimulates mitobiogenesis -- i.e., hydrogen causes your body to boost mitochondria.
Every function is improved by that.
So now I'm telling @prospertarian about why Morozko invented the Mineral Bath. Like Logan, I've been to the natural hot springs in the El Salvador mountains.
With hydrogen, the Mineral Bath becomes the next best thing.
The ancestral protocol in four steps.
1. Ice bath for 2 to 4 minutes, cold enough to gasp.
2. Rewarm with about 20 minutes of light movement.
3. Your regular workout.
4. Dry sauna above 80C, hot enough to begin sweating.
Beginners can start the plunge around 50F and work down to below 39F over time.
