Trigger warning. Happiness is a choice. Trust me I know for a fact, I’ve been through enough and I just got hit with another emotional thing this weekend. The difference is I woke and chose to still be happy, for me and for others. I could of easily been depressed but I am not.
Woke up and did a little home work out. I don’t think people understand how good it is to start your day with some exercises, it’s amazing for you mentally and physically!
