An immigration judge called David Eduardo Mejia-Martinez a flight risk and a danger to the community. Then that judge ordered this Salvadoran illegal alien deported. He is a documented MS-13 member. ICE already had him locked up after a November 2025 arrest in Sherman Oaks, California.
On September 8, a federal court in California granted his habeas petition and ordered him released. ICE let him walk the next day.
Deportation order. Overruled. Back on the street.

DOJ Unseals Indictment of a Former USPS Postal Worker for DESTROYING Hundreds of Mail-in Ballots in Utah.
Acting Deputy AG Trent McCotter announced the charges against former letter carrier Damon Matai Seei, 34.
Prosecutors say Seei was supposed to deliver mail to at least 300 residents in Eagle Mountain, including about 300 mail-in ballots for Utah’s June 23 primary. Instead, they allege he threw the mail — including those ballots into a dumpster in a church parking lot.
