What is matter with these sick individuals sharing the video of the man being killed by the tiger at the Wildlife Park, just shows how low society’s morals have dropped, no sense of what is acceptable or not.

Wow how can international professional footballers and mangers not know the offside rule 🤣🤣🤣
Sad news, a true Huddersfield sporting legend for Town, Yorkshire and England RIP
All at Huddersfield Town are saddened to learn of the passing of our former player Kenneth Taylor at the age of 91.
Ken made 269 appearances for Town between 1953-1965.
Ken also played County Cricket for @YorkshireCCC and made three test match appearances for @englandcricket.
Our thoughts are with Ken’s family and loved ones at this time.
Once a Terrier, always a Terrier 💙

They want to leave the ECHR because it will allow them to abolish the State Pension, the Minimum Wage, and paid holiday and sick leave.
It would make them tens of billions a year.
But of course they say immigration, because they can't tell you the real reason.

Farage: "We are not sovereign until we leave the ECHR."
The only European countries outside the ECHR are Russia and Belarus.
For the UK to quit the ECHR would be to hand a huge victory to Putin in his war against human rights and international law.
Farage continues his treasonous collaboration in Putin's war against democracy, freedom, and human rights. He is a traitor, and that is the biggest issue by far in today's British politics.
No league football today? No problem I’m going to see my local team Brighouse Town play Bradford Park Avenue Res this afternoon and yes I’ll be having a pint while I’m watching the match. Get yourself to a local non league football match this afternoon #orangearmy

Here we throw. An England fan on a group WhatsApp with 200 home-and-away members reports that most of those polled are against the PM’s idea of a trial allowing fans to be able to drink alcohol in the stands. “Most don’t want that Boxpark culture of beers being thrown in the air when there is a goal, those few idiots throwing up, or having people shuffle past them every min to go get their pint and come back. The reasons for the ban in the first place (the terrace culture of decades ago) may have gone, but that doesn’t mean that lifting it will all go smoothly.”

Sort your shit out @ITV
EFL highlights should have started at 10, yet we’ve had to watch a rerun of a darts match that was played hours ago, and now a ‘World Of Sport’ programme that’s 30 years old.
Give the highlights away and let us have our king back.
Not that long ago we were rubbing shoulders with Brighton, Brentford and Bournemouth but compare where they are now to where we are, so disappointing. What went so wrong? Answers on a postcard.

The “looney left” won us weekends
The “looney left” won us bank holidays
The “looney left” won us every single improvement to working conditions we have ever seen
The left is us, the people. The “looney left” is a media term designed to get you to vote against your own self interest.

Replying to @dave43law
That's disrespectful to those proud patriots just showing their pride for the country...

I’m going for a viewing at #SquareChapelArtsCentre Halifax tomorrow, to see what state it’s in after it fell into darkness.
Even if I’m unable to save it (& I’d dearly love to) let’s hope there’s some kindly, art-loving benefactor out there who cares enough about it to do so! 🙏🏻

Can any of you good burghers of Calderdale help with this? 🙏🏻
And a retweet would help from all of you. 🙂
Let’s keep the magnificent #SquareChapelArts for exactly what it says on the tin… the Arts!
Thank you. 🙌

35 years ago today:
Great Britain shocked the USA to win 4x400m relay gold at the Tokyo World Championships.
Switching Roger Black to the first leg and Kris Akabusi to the anchor leg proved to be a tactical masterstroke.
One of the finest British track wins in history 🇬🇧🥇

I’d love to breathe new life into this little gem- but I NEED funding!
I may well eventually turn to you good people, but if there’s an arts-loving benefactor out there who fancies putting their shirt on a passionate, highly-qualified player, then do give me a shout.🙏🏻
Please RT!
Oh my… if only I had the money (or the backing) I’d buy this place (adjacent to @ThePieceHall in Halifax)
& run it as Artistic Director.
I was once its Patron.
A jewel in Yorkshire’s magnificent crown, please someone rescue/revive this little diamond.🙏🏻 halifaxcourier.co.uk/news/pe…

An amazing video of Dolly Parton singing one of her most famous songs in Páidí Ó Sé’s pub in Ventry Co. Kerry 🇮🇪 in 1990
How did Páidí pull that coup off
