We’ve seen union-busting measures from execs including intimidating all-users emails, impromptu meetings, and closed-door interrogations. Our newly revised employee handbook prohibits the posting of flyers without administrative approval. Yet, organizing continues! #LaborDay

1000% support to the makers of Moog instruments in their effort to collectively bargain in their own workplace.
More than ever, we believe that negotiating a labor contract is necessary as we continue to grow. Together, we can ensure that ALL employees are fairly compensated.

Thank you to everyone for the overwhelming support in the past couple days! We hope @moogmusicinc welcomes this campaign. There are so many things we love about working here; it's why we're organizing to make it even better.

I really feel mislead by "Employee Owned" marketing. I thought employees where treated well and fairly.
The employees of the @MoogMusicUnion say they don't want a boycott, so I won't stop my plans on buying a Moog synth, but I will keep a close watch on how things develop.

and they deserve a fair share of the profit the company make with them.
When I pay 2200$ for an instrument I expect from @moogmusicinc that the people who actually make them get a big portion of that sum, not just executives siting in a office all day long.

I'm really fascinated by the amazing instruments the people working at Moog make and I hope to call a few of them my own in the future. I fully support the @MoogMusicUnion and hope they succeed.
You can see and hear the effort and love that goes into those instruments …

The new @moogmusicinc Mavis semi-modular analog synth is cool, but…not as cool as the @MoogMusicUnion 😎 support the people who make the gear possible!
