I appreciate all the memecoins that donate portions of their supply directly to charity.
(eg. I saw ebull sent a bunch to various groups last month)
Anything that gets sent to me gets donated to charity too (thanks moodeng! The 10B from today is going to anti-airborne-disease tech), though I truly prefer if you guys send to charity directly, maybe even make a DAO and get your community directly engaged in the decisions and process.
I've said before that I think the best thing for memecoins is if they can be maximally positive-sum for the world, so it's great to see moments when that actually happens!

Vitalik: AI Will Become the New UI
On October 6, 2026, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin @VitalikButerin said at OKX NOW @okx in Singapore that AI will become the new user interface in more and more scenarios. He shared how a local AI agent wrote a script to update his ENS hash in about five minutes, and said performing complex blockchain operations without a traditional UI will become normal.
This could reduce security risks associated with traditional frontends, while introducing new challenges such as prompt injection, AI safety, and whether agents correctly understand onchain operations.

今早刷到华尔街一直看多$ETH 汤姆李他回我，愣了一下。
前面那句是 too low。有人问 ETH 会不会到 1 万，Tom Lee 说 Hilarious，又补一句太低。我丢了张河马出水的图回去，$ETH is higher。他没有解释，没有模型，只回了两个字：Higher。
同一天，新加坡。V 神没聊价格，聊的是底下那层要怎么换。
他说 AI 现在已经能跳出沙箱、去打网站、把漏洞一个个挖出来。话很直：只要系统有洞，迟早会被找到，GPT-7、Claude 7、DeepSeek 7 都能找着。所以安全以后不是想做就做，是不得不做。反过来，同一批 AI 也在帮以太坊找 bug、把难的密码学落地、做形式化验证。能攻的，也能防。
让我真停住的是他自己一件小事。大概一个月前，他没开任何页面，就让本地 AI 写了个脚本，五分钟把 ENS 改完了。他说，以后链上那些复杂操作，可能就这么直接做完。界面不再是网页，是你说的那一句。
Safe 那次大概 14 亿的损失，打的不是合约，是人和链中间那一层。少掉网页，就少一个被劫持的口子。可新的怕也来了：AI 会不会被提示带跑，会不会把你真正想签的那一笔理解错。
他还说，不能再只讲可编程的钱。零知识证明带来的是可编程的数据。以太坊上的隐私，会成熟得很快。再过两年，很多人可能不知不觉就已经在用了。
一边有人觉得一万都低，一边有人在换打开链的方式。我不是在追那句 Higher。就是同一个早上这两件事撞上了，忽然觉得水是真往上涨的。#MOODENG 还在里面，不吵。先出水的那个，通常先看见。

In memecoin time, two years is 729 days too long. Yet Moodeng ETH is still here, waiting on that 1 day. Not a promise from @VitalikButerin. But the hippo is still here, the window is still open, and the holders who have stayed these 730 days are the diamond hands.
Snowmoon gives that wait a shape. Dzego’s line is “grow roots, no head”: not nobody, no single node the whole thing dies without. Moodeng ETH already lives that way. No figurehead on stage, and the team is still here. One root goes and the rest keep growing. We do not concede.
Whoever is left has become family. Altruistic to each other, sown through do only good everyday for one another. A true diamond hand is not a bag that refuses to sell. It is a node that stays when the head is gone. That is the essence of the Ethereum blockchain. No single point it dies without. The chain is the people who refuse to leave it.
