TIP FOR TODAY: Protect your energy.
Not everything needs a response. Some things are better left ignored so your peace stays intact.💯
Some days you’re going to question yourself.
Your worth.
Your purpose.
Your strength.
But don’t let a hard day convince you that you’re not enough.
Be gentle with yourself.
You’re still growing.
Still healing.
Still becoming everything you’re meant to be.💯
Dear God,
This morning I give You every worry, every burden, and every situation I cannot control. When life feels heavy and my mind starts to race, remind me that I am not carrying this alone. You are already working things out in ways I cannot see.🙏🏽
Can’t wait to be there Sunday. Looking forward to seeing some players and getting some good work in. Let’s work! 🏀”

My big brother was a great player and teammate but even a better person. Anything helps and everything is appreciated! Please be praying for his family and friends.

Can someone explain why D2 did not grant the extra year of eligibility to student/athletes that competed for at least 1 year of JUCO? I know some may already want enter the portal to move up but why make that their only option? Especially if they’re happy where they are.
