Massive congratulations to @andrew_mccrea for his PB at Edinburgh marathon on Sunday. Sub 2:50 and bettering his own club marathon record. A phenomenal performance based on six months of hard training.
We are all super proud of you Andrew.

Well done to Julie, Gillian and Brian who took part
Great turnout from the club at today’s 99th running of the flat fast Whitehead 5 miler. Always a great race with a super feed afterwards

Really enjoyed the @MonkstownAC Belfast Zoo 5k...except for my own daughter shouting at me whilst plodding past on the first of two laps, "Run faster fatty!" and then creasing herself laughing about it. 😆 Well done to all involved. 🦒🐅🦁🦍🦧🏃🏼🏃♀️
Big day for the Spartans tomorrow with our first organised race at Belfast Zoo ‘The Mane Event’.
