Rooney having ago at Martinez for highlighting the board failed again to improve our squad quality to challenge the top teams. Wasn't he about to fuck off to city for the exact same reason?

Carrick was a caretaker manager. Did a great job as a caretaker manager. Secured CL football. At that point we needed to bring in an elite manager to take the reigns for a completely different job. Not let the caretaker assume a completely new role.

Baleba comes on, wins tackles and passes the ball to his teammates. Stretford End gets excited. Shows har far our standards have dropped.

Only suprise tonight is we got a point and didn't lose that 0-1. Wouldn't have been a shock or undeserve, even if not more so against 10.

Quick question. Why did we spend £50m on Santos?

Confirmation that this man is a scammer who is ripping off Man Utd supporters by taking payment for tickets he doesn’t have. Please unfollow him, warn your fellow fans and do not do any kind of business with him.

Some suspensions are coming out of today's Appeals Panel; next steps for Manchester United supporters who have received a final rejection letter from the Appeals Panel: With the club's internal appeals process now exhausted, your official remaining route of recourse is an external referral to the Independent Football Ombudsman (IFO). Obviously, if you haven't been truly honest and there is proof that rules weren't followed, then the suspension is ultimately valid, and this IFO process would be a waste of many people's time. Here is how to structure your submission: - Stick Strictly to Documented Facts: Lay out a clear, chronological timeline. Include the initial restriction date, your appeal submission, any SAR data received, and the final rejection letter. - Be Completely Open and Honest: Explain exactly how your account operates in practice. If you manage tickets for family members, handle group applications for mates, or use a shared card for renewals, state that plainly. Total transparency is vital to proving there was no commercial gain or touting involved. - Challenge the Procedural Flaws: Highlight that the club publicly promised Season Tickets would not be cancelled without clear evidence of financial exploitation or organised touting. Emphasise if your sanction was applied under a broad administrative catch-all without proof of profit, or if the club shifted the goalposts from initial device data to regular forwarding and attendance patterns. - Clarify the True Impact: Note that re-labelling a permanent seat cancellation and refund as a "one-year suspension" misrepresents the penalty by stripping away your continuous tenure and seat renewal rights. IFO Contact Details: Website: theifo.co.uk Email: [email protected] Phone: 0330 165 4223 Post: Independent Football Ombudsman, Premier House, 1-5 Argyle Way, Stevenage, SG1 2AD Attach all written correspondence to provide a full, verifiable audit trail for the Ombudsman.

Look on the bright side. If, as all these doom mongers suggest, we don't have a squad to make CL this year, history tells us that we'll get a load of shiny new signings next Summer! Win win!

I'll tell you what else is "Suspicious Activity" - selling tickets at hospitality prices, but without the hospitality. You may have seen Virgin Experience Days selling United tickets without hospitality, which is permitted under the Official Reseller contract. How is a £500 package for two basic £45/55 East Stand tickets with zero food or drink perks "100% official"? Follow the money to see who is actually profiting off fans: - Manchester United: Instead of putting these seats in the general ballot at £45–£60 face value, the club sells bulk blocks to commercial brokers at inflated contract rates (£150–£200+ per seat). The club makes 3x–5x more per seat while stripping general allocation from real fans. - Wholesale Brokers: Middlemen buy these commercial allocations from the club, slap on a 20–30% margin, and distribute them to retail platforms. - Retail Platforms (e.g. Virgin Experience Days): They list the seats, process the transaction, and pocket a 15–25% retail commission. The result? A match-going supporter pays £250 per seat for a basic £45/60 ticket. Business after business makes money, whilst the club will threaten Season Ticket Holders with bans for transferring a ticket to a friend at cost, while quietly offloading thousands of standard seats to corporate brokers to make millions on the side. Absolute double standard. ref: virginexperiencedays.co.uk/p…
